How to measure. Lay a long sleeve you already own flat and compare. Chest: across the front from stitch to stitch, just below the armpits. Length: from where the shoulder seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem. Shoulder: seam to seam across the back. Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
Cut generously oversized — an XS measures 122cm around the chest, so it will wear loose even on a smaller frame. The cotton is non-stretch, so go by the chest measurement rather than the letter. Allow 1–3cm variation between garments.
