Terms of service

These terms cover your use of elitecircleclothing.store and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

Elite Circle Clothing is a trading name of TECHCELLENT LTD, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Elite Circle Clothing, and "you" means you, the customer.

Placing an order

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an email acknowledging it, but that's confirmation we've received it — not acceptance. A contract between us forms only when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order for any reasonable cause, including where an item is unavailable, where we can't obtain payment, where we suspect fraud, or where a price or description was listed in error. If we decline after taking payment, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on the product page. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We take care to price accurately, but errors happen. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We won't be obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't see or store your card details.

Made to order

Everything we sell is printed to order rather than held in stock. Production takes 5–7 business days before dispatch, and delivery times are on top of that. Estimated times are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed.

Because items are printed individually, slight variations in print placement, colour and finish are normal and are not defects. Screen colours vary between devices, so the shade you receive may differ a little from what you see on your monitor or phone.

Your right to cancel

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Full details, including how to cancel and who pays return postage, are in our Refund Policy.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they aren't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Using this site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to introduce anything malicious to it. You may not copy, reproduce or use our designs, photographs, text or branding commercially without our written permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw products at any time.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, but not for loss that isn't foreseeable, and not for business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order won't exceed the amount you paid for it.

We're not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather, or supplier failure. If a delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for anything paid for and not received.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
