Refund policy

Every Elite Circle piece is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That means we ask for a little patience on returns — and it doesn't affect your rights below.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to cancel it, for any reason at all. You don't need to give one. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

To cancel, email us at hello@elitecircleclothing.store with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send to. Please don't post anything back before you've heard from us.

Condition of returns

Items need to come back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached. We can't accept anything that's been worn or altered.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, you can choose a full refund or an exchange for a different size or colour. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods, and we'll email you when it's done.

We refund the standard delivery cost you paid on the way out. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund up to the cost of our standard service.

Return postage

You cover the cost of sending items back to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it. We'd recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund what doesn't arrive.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or simply isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort a replacement or a full refund including all postage, and we'll cover the cost of sending it back.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Model cancellation form

You don't have to use this form — an email telling us you'd like to cancel is enough, and so is any other clear statement. It's here because you're entitled to have it, and some people prefer a template. Copy it into an email to hello@elitecircleclothing.store and fill in the blanks.
