When you'll hear back
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. We're closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays, so a message sent late Friday will usually be answered on Monday.
What to contact us about
- Order not arrived? Check the estimated times on our Shipping Policy first, then email us with your order number.
- Wrong or faulty item? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
- Want to return something? Email us before sending anything back — we'll give you return instructions and the correct address.
- Sizing questions? Ask us before you order. It's easier than returning it.
- Wholesale, collaborations or press? Same address, and put the subject in the subject line.
